Dr Chao stayed late to finish a crown replacement procedure. Their office makes the crown in than an hour. It fit perfectly. Great job!

Very nice people high technology 3D showing the visual condition of your teeth on a computer screen never seen before in my life, the high tech X-ray it’s amazing I’ll be going in for that 2 1/2 hour “Cerec” in house crown making technology in July I’m sure for Dr. Chao will perform a super professional job. Stay tune

Great, friendly, knowledgeable dentists and staff. I doubt if anyone really enjoys visiting a dental office, but at least Chao Dental makes the experience as easy, painless, and comfortable as possible.

I’ve spent 3+ years looking for a dentist that I feel comfortable with bringing my family to and am so happy now that I’ve found Dr. Chao. She and her staff are really fantastic. I appreciate that she is very attentive and thorough when working on my teeth. She is also super informative with my options but never pushy. It’s clear to me that this office is about care first, rather than looking to squeeze patients out for every dime. The office staff was also so kind and helpful. They took care of all the administrative stuff (insurance, dental records…etc.) so onboarding as a new patient was a breeze. Bonus points for the conversation and office music!

We are new to Dr Chao’s dentistry. We were recommended by a friend and were very impressed by everyone we had contact with. A great dentist who is very thorough in your exams. Fantastic Hygienist, Dental Assistant and office staff. We just went for our second teeth cleaning with Dr Chao professional office and staff. Once again everything from entering the front door to leaving our appointment was great. I take care in all of the new precautions due to covid-19. Thank you for everything. See you in 6 months.

I’m a new patient with Dr Chao. I’ve gone in 2 times now, 1 for a cleaning and X-rays and the 2nd for fillings. Very smooth process from start to finish. Dr Chao and her assistants made me feel very comfortable and are super friendly. I’m so excited I’ve finally found a dentist that works!

We really like Chao Dental Studio but unfortunately we were advised that starting Jan 2026 they will no longer be an in-network Delta Dental provider. We have to decide between staying and paying unknown amounts out of pocket with only partial reimbursement later from Delta, or moving to another dentist that is in-network. Unfortunately Delta is the only dental insurance available through my employer. We moved to Chao Dental Group after our previous dentist also stopped being an in-network Delta provider. Unfortunate for a large number of people as I understand Delta Dental is the largest dental insurance provider in CA and the Nation.
